I have owned the NC10 for about a month and am very satisfied. This is a piece of hardware, and everything works as expected. Excellent keyboard, stationary and a screen with a very nice anti-glare coating. The touchpad may be a bit 'bigger, but I prefer a small external mouse anyway. I used to surf the Web with Firefox and worked on my house design with Google SketchUp. For 8 + hours on a single charge, and the 6-cell battery does not hold back like the other netbooks. It is compatible with SDHC (not SD only), which is great if you have a flash SDHC camcorder recording. It only takes about 30 seconds to boot, and I can not see the need to upgrade to 1 GB of memory while you are using Windows XP. It comes in / out sleep for about 5 seconds, and the programs I've used so far will continue to function correctly after the release of hibernation. I have seen netbooks with a large 12.1-inch screen, but the 10.2 "is more than enough, and makes it very portable NC10. Also, I found netbook from Toshiba, which also has a nice keyboard, but has a shiny / reflective screen and Bluetooth functionality adds to the price. Overall I am very impressed and that does not happen often.
