First, I love this netbook. And 'well built, looks great and has all the best keyboard I've seen .. Battery life is beautiful.
Now, for the problem. The touchpad is too sensitive. You must be very careful how you drag your finger on the button if not premature. It 'definitely a design flaw, because there are numerous references to the issue online. Too bad, I would love this computer as a 5 otherwise. I have a Toshiba laptop for 5 years which is built like a tank and still works well, so I bought this netbook over other, less costly in the first place. Toshiba hopefully will come with a solution to this problem.
